Gi Uniform-
It is recommend to have a few training Gi. The reason is that most Gis should be washed and hung dry. If you forget to wash you gi after class and you don't have time for the wash for next class... no class with dirty Gi's

Rash Guard-
For no gi class a tight fitting shirt is required. A tight fitting t shirt works... but tends to get stretched out. Most participants use a "rash guard" or "Under Armour" style shirt

Athletic Shorts-
Specially designed mma and grappling shorts provide an extra level of durability, flexibility, and tightness at the waist line. Regular athletics or swimming shorts can be used must there must be no buttons, zippers, or metal.
