Please note you do not have to buy anything to take the trial.
We do ask that you be serious about taking the free trial, by having the intention of signing up for a membership if you like it. You should be committing to regularly training during the trial, and making a check in appointment to discuss how your training is going.
To start taking the Free Trial, we have to set up an appointment for your first class with us.

Day 1:
Show up at the academy for your scheduled class on time.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
An extra t-shirt active shorts and we will lend you the Gi (uniform).
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
If you wish to use our individually stalled showers bring a towel.
